End Time: Monday, 11 May 2026 at 03:00 SAST (21:00 EDT)
Estimated Duration: 4 hours and 30 minutes

How this will affect you: During this window, your live websites are expected to remain operational, but the following backend services and functions may be temporarily unavailable:

New Orders: Activation of newly purchased products or hosting packages may be delayed until the setup is complete.
Control Panel Actions: Updating your customer data in the control panel may be unavailable, and automated communication emails for certain control panel actions may not be sent out.
Billing: You may be temporarily unable to view or download your invoices in the control panel.
Support: Our Customer Support Team will have limited access to our backend systems, meaning we may not be able to answer specific, account-related queries during this 4.5-hour window.
Backups: Please note that our automated daily system backups, which normally run from 03:00 SAST, will commence immediately after the maintenance window is safely concluded to ensure data integrity.

While we expect minimal disruption, please be aware that brief, temporary downtime of some services is possible while the upgrades are completed. All systems will be available to you as usual once the maintenance concludes.
