FREE PERSONAL EMAIL SERVICE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Service: This document governs the usage of the complimentary, non-commercial email address provided by INKSNAPP PTY (LTD) in the format of <username>-mail@inksnapp.co.za (the “Free Email Service”).
1. Acceptance and Incorporation
By using the Free Email Service, you agree to be bound by these specific terms and the full INKSNAPP Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. The general terms concerning liability, termination, and data handling in the main TOS are hereby incorporated by reference.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
- Complimentary Service: The Free Email Service is provided as a non-commercial, complimentary offering and is subject to usage limits (e.g., storage, message volume) determined solely by INKSNAPP.
- No Service Level Agreement (SLA): This service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” INKSNAPP makes no guarantee regarding uptime, delivery speed, or data integrity.
- Non-Transferable: The assigned username is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.
3. Prohibited Use and Content
You agree not to use the Free Email Service for any of the following activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of the email address without notification.
- Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam): Sending bulk, unsolicited, or unauthorized commercial email.
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates South African law, including fraud, harassment, or distribution of malicious code.
- Prohibited Content (Moral Clause): Hosting, transmitting, or distributing content that violates the moral and religious clauses set forth in Section 5 of the INKSNAPP TOS, including pornography or material contrary to the established Word and Will of God.
- Commercial Use: The address is intended for personal use only. Use for high-volume commercial, marketing, or business-critical operations is strictly prohibited.
4. Suspension and Termination
INKSNAPP reserves the right to immediately, and without prior notice, suspend or terminate the Free Email Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that these terms or the main INKSNAPP TOS have been violated, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our hosting environment.
5. Data and Privacy
You acknowledge that INKSNAPP processes email data in accordance with the POPI Act and the terms outlined in the INKSNAPP Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for backing up any critical data or correspondence stored within the Free Email Service.
