Hello and welcome to the INKSNAPP family! We’re excited to partner with you to build and manage your professional online presence.
This document outlines our straightforward process to get your new website and email services up and running. Our goal is to make this journey as smooth and transparent as possible. The process officially begins right after we’ve finalized your website requirements.
Phase 1: Domain Registration / Transfer
- What happens: The first step is to get your website address set up with us.
- For a new domain: We will register your unique address (e.g.,
www.yourbusiness.co.za). - For an existing domain: We will manage the transfer process to our INKSNAPP servers.

- New Domain Registration: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Existing Domain Transfer: Please allow 5-7 Business Days for the transfer to complete. This timeframe can vary depending on your current domain provider.
Phase 2: Website & E-Mailbox Setup
- What happens: Our technical team gets to work! We set up your high-speed hosting environment, build the foundational structure of your website, and create your professional email mailboxes.
- Timeline: 1-2 Days (Weekends Included)
Phase 3: Customer Review & Updates
- What happens: We’ll provide you with a private link to review the first version of your website. This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the design and content. We’ll then make the necessary updates to ensure it’s just right.
- Timeline: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Phase 4: Go Live!
- What happens: After your final approval, we’ll officially launch your website, making it visible to the world. We will also provide you with all the necessary login details for your email accounts.
Total Estimated Timeline
From start to finish, you can expect your brand-new website to be live in approximately:
- 3 to 6 business days if we are registering a new domain for you.
- 7 to 11 business days if we are transferring an existing domain.
To help keep the process moving swiftly, please have any website content (such as text for pages, logos, and images) ready for us. The sooner we have your content, the faster we can complete your site!
